1. Wave Stretch Exercise was developed in 2005 to help to create flexible body and mind.  Wave Stretch Exercise creates the ideal posture with well-balanced arches, which results in limber body movement.

2. Ideal for daily body care, since Zen Ring’s curved arch shape fits perfectly to the body's natural curvature. It relieves muscle stiffness, improves blood flow, it is an effective tool to recover from fatigue.

3. You can achieve total conditioning by choosing appropriate methods for your own goal and purpose, such as: Warm up for any sports, Strength training, Aerobic exercise or Stretching.

Notes:

  • It is recommended not to overdo any form of exercise.
  • Exercise every day, 5 - 10 minutes at your own pace.
  • Breathe deeply and slowly during your exercise routine.
  • Exercise each movement with deep breathing for 20 - 30 seconds.
  • Grip Zen Ring gently, and use it as a support gear.
  • When you are on Zen Ring, lay a soft mat underneath and gently swing the targeted body part for about 20 seconds.
  • Exercise based on your body's capability.
