2. Wave Stretch Basic II
Using 2 Rings: Designed for "Muscle Stiffness", "Back Pain", "Posture Reform", "Fall prevention" and "Diet". For personal or group session.
3. Zen Ring Yoga
Using 1~2 Rings: Original stretch exercise using Yoga movements to realign human body's natural arch. Great for stiff bodies or beginner Yoga students. (Director: Takako Yamada)
4. Zen Ring Aqua Dance
Using Rings In Water: Take advantage of the gentle resistance of water. This exercise improves function of "Shoulders", "Lower Back" and "Hip Joints" using gentle Aerobic exercises.
